One basic wage that cannot be split into allowances; CPI neutralisation as per the Rules; daily rate is the monthly wage divided by 26. Trainees at 75%, never below the unskilled rate.
Haryana's notification of 9 April 2026 sets one basic minimum wage per skill category for all employments from 1 April 2026: unskilled Rs 15,220.71, semi-skilled Rs 16,780.74, skilled Rs 18,500.81 and highly skilled Rs 19,425.85 a month. The rates cannot be split into allowances.
