Under the Chhattisgarh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam 1982: employee Rs 15 and employer Rs 45 per half-year. Deduction by 30 June and 31 December; returns by 15 July and 15 January. Applies to employees drawing up to Rs 10,000 per month in non-managerial and non-supervisory roles. Confirmed still current in 2026.
